Our mission at The Meditation Exchange is to advance and institutionalize self-development practices, including meditation, breathing exercises, positive psychology, physical training, and more. There is a growing range of contemplative and somatic disciplines, and The Meditation Exchange helps individuals navigate this landscape to find the practice best aligned with their path of self-mastery. Those who already maintain a steady routine within a particular tradition can deepen their practice and connect with a community of like-minded practitioners.
Forums are focused on sharing and learning practices from various traditions. We emphasize the importance of daily practice. The Forums bring together practitioners and instructors from Yoga (Isha Yoga, Integral Yoga, and other schools), Zen Buddhism (Shaolin Wahnam and others), Theravada Buddhism (Vipassana), Tibetan Buddhism, Taoism, Sufi, and other traditions that value daily self-development practices. We're also open to learning from other traditions and schools. The intent is to familiarize participants with these practices and help select the right path for each individual.
